Childline  0800 1111. You can talk to Childline anonymously. No worry is too big or too small.
 

CEOP Child Exploitation and Online Protection command. If you are worried about online sexual abuse or the way someone has been communicating with you online, let CEOP know.

 

KOOTH is an online confidential and anonymous mental wellbeing community. It is a free text based free service. Join by searching kooth.com and sign up using a non identifiable name. They offer counselling, well-being advisers and have discussion boards where young people can relate to each other (all communication is monitored by practitioners before publishing so is perfectly safe and appropriate). They also have a KOOTH for adults as well.
